Important Notice for Secondary Schools
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the official Return Envelope Form for the KCSE 2025 Computer Studies Project. This document outlines the mandatory submission requirements that all participating schools must follow.
What Schools Need to Submit
Each school participating in the KCSE 2025 Computer Studies Project must provide a properly completed return envelope containing the following six essential items:
- Assessment Sheets – Completed evaluation forms for all candidates
- Manual Mark Sheet(s) – Physical record of student scores
- Centre Report – School’s comprehensive examination report
- Student Declaration – Individual candidate acknowledgement forms
- Candidate’s Project Reports – All student project documentation
- Flash Disks – Digital copies of projects and related files
Key Requirements
- One envelope per school – Each institution must submit all materials in a single, organised package
- SCDE Certification Required – The Sub-County Director of Education must verify and sign off on all submissions
- Complete Documentation – All six categories of materials must be included for the submission to be valid
Important Reminders
- Ensure all school identification details are filled out (School Code, Name, Sub-County, and County)
- The SCDE must personally certify the contents with their signature, name in block letters, date, address, and official rubber stamp
- Double-check that all required items are enclosed before sealing the envelope
Deadline Alert: Schools should coordinate with their Sub-County Directors of Education well in advance to ensure the timely submission of all required materials.
