Otherwise, he must forget his scientific research when he feel difficulties and disappointment when he encounters any problems in his researching process. Hence, I feel that hard working and pursuing learning is the important factors to influence Bill Gates success. In fact, Bill Gates individual success. It is not only his talent and creative factor. I believe his hard work attitude and learning any new technological knowledge mind factor is more important to compare his personal characteristics. His hard working behavior on computer software research aspect, it can bring more influential to his final invention in success more than his talent and creative natural ability. So, I feel his non-natural effort, such as his hardworking and learning new technological knowledge and research attitude is his important factor to influence his software invention and laptop and desktop invention in success.How did Bill Gates grow up? His father is one lawyer. So, it proved that he can not learn any scientific knowledge from his father teaching, he has only technological teacher can teach him some computer science basic concept knowledge in school. Hence, Bill Gates family is not a scientific background family. He may own creative and talent abilities to bring his success. When he left his university. Then he attempts to find or discover any new computer knowledge when he does any computer scientific investigation at homes or lab. However, he must encountered any several scientific research fails before he achieved the Micro software " word" software invention and then different types of desktops, even nowadays, laptops, smart phones technological communication products invention royalties in global computer market. So, Bill Gates is not only one successful inventor, he is also one successful businessman. He can have good leadership ability to lead his whole different departments to work efficiently and improve the best sale service performance and the most satisfactory products productive qualities to let his clients to feel habitually. So, his hard working factor can influence his whole IBM success till today.
