- “Exclusive” Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer: Different from every other 2-in-1 mason jar vacuum sealer in the market. Our vacuum sealer for mason jars are 2 separate ones. One is only for Wide Mouth Mason Jars and the other is only for Regular Mouth Mason Jars.
- Why are we different: If you take a closer look at the defect of 2-in-1 Mason Jar Vacuum Sealers in the market, you will find that a large portion of the complaints are about vacuum sealers no longer seals after 10 or a couple of times of uses. It is clear that nobody wants a vacuum sealer that will become an expensive paperweight in a short time and our team decided to look into the root cause of the issue
- The Root Cause:Most 2-in-1 mason jars vacuum sealers require push, twist, turn and assembly to switch between regular mason jar vacuum sealer and wide month mason jar vacuum sealer, the rubber gasket in the connection part will shift and deform after 20-50 times of assembly, causing air to get through the connection part and the sealer will no longer work. Manually reinstalling the rubber gasket proved to be useless, unless the rubber gasket can be reinstalled by machine, which is impossible for ordinary consumers.
- Our journey for a better mason jar vacuum sealer: We tested quite a few solutions including using better motors for the vacuum sealers to increase the suctions power, use better rubber to delay the deformation of the rubber gasket and even tried to remold the shape the vacuum sealer, none of them worked because AS LONG AS it is a 2-in-1 vacuum sealer, switching between wide mouth mason jar sealer and regular mason jar sealer is unavoidable and the deformation of the rubber gasket in between is unavoidable.
- THE FINAL SOLUTION: Two separate vacuum sealer machines, 2 motors, 2 batteries, totally eliminating the risk of deformation in the connection part of the mason jar vacuum sealer. (Because they no longer connect, LOL). Each vacuum sealer is tested 25 times before it is sent out from the factory. Also comes with 20 lids (10 for regular mason jars and 10 for wide mouth mason jars) - That's also why we are a few bucks more expensive than others because 2 separate motors and batteries doubles the cost.
- UNIQUE LID-FIRST SEALING METHOD: Most vacuum sealers require balancing the lid on the mason jar before placing the sealer over it. Our exclusive design reverses the process—insert the lid into the vacuum sealer first, then place the sealer onto the jar.
