- Mosaic covenant was meant for Israel only while the new covenant was universal.
- The Mosaic covenant was broken while the new covenant was everlasting.
- The mosaic covenant was sealed through the blood of animals while the new covenant would be sealed through the blood of Jesus.
- The mosaic covenant was written on stone tablets while the new covenant would be written in the hearts of men.
- There was collective responsibility in mosaic covenant while there is individual responsibility in the new covenant.
- In mosaic covenant not all sins could be forgiven but in the new covenant there is forgiveness of all sins.
- In the mosaic covenant people needed to be taught about God but in the new covenant everyone will have personal knowledge about God.
